Underviser: Borja Conde SerranoYOGA FOR MÆND with CEREMONIAL CACAO to celebrate the Center of the AUTUMN (the Day of the Dead or Halloween)
A good friend always reminds me that when everything in the universe is “celebrating” the changes of season, human beings don't even notice it, and for this reason I offer this invitation.
I would very much like to invite a nice group of men to celebrate the festivities of the Sun, in this case, the Center of the Autumn (so that, the mid point in between Autumn Equinox and Winter Solstice) with Yoga, Mindfulness, Kindness and Ceremonial Cacao.
The Yoga practice will be simple, based on Hatha Yoga, where the breath is our guide. I really like to combine dynamic sequences and maintained postures to enjoy and get to know our body, breathing, mind and heart both in movement and in stillness. The important thing here is to find where we feel present, relaxed and attentive, and sustain it throughout the practice, whether in relatively easy postures or in more intense moments.
During the session we will also include essential elements such as Mindfulness & Kindness Meditation based on the Buddhist tradition, as well as meditative exercises in tune with the qualities that this moment of the year brings.
In the center of everything, we are going to beautifully and reverently place the Ceremonial Cacao, a master plant, which we are going to take at the beginning of the class, and whose components can stimulate concentration and opening of the heart and enhance noble emotions
What is Ceremonial Cacao?
Cacao is made from the edible seed of the Theobroma Cacao tree. These seeds or beans are the only ingredient in 100% Pure Ceremonial Grade Cacao.
The beans used to create ceremonial grade cacao are sourced from non-hybridized and non-plantation under-story trees in ancient tropical rainforests, then processed in the old way by hand toasting and peeling.
Ceremonial Cacao is selected with the intention of it being used in a ceremonial way to support personal growth, spiritual exploration, deep inspiration and connection with the Divine through whatever means you choose.
What is it not?
For everyone's safety, it is important to emphasize that Ceremonial Cacak is NOT a hallucinogenic plant or anything like that. It is a safe plant.
