Through exploring movements targeting specific muscle groups and learning to safely incorporate light hand weights and interval training into your yoga practice, you get the powerful opportunity to turn your time on your mat into a vehicle for building inner and outer strength - increasing stability, mobility, bone density and cardiovascular health.
