Introduce your family to a love of nature and yoga with an energetic, themed class full of kids yoga poses, songs, games, crafts and stories. Children will come away with age-appropriate breathing and mindfulness techniques and lots of fun yoga poses to practice at home. Class is geared to ages 2-5 but siblings are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat or towel. Held outdoors in the pavilion by the Nature Center or inside the Nature Center depending on weather.No registration necessary. Suggested donation: $10.00 per family.
