Description:

Join Celeste Greene, C-IAYT (Yoga Therapist) for a one-hour, in-person class that utilizes challenging Yoga postures & breathing practices to release stress and allow for more overall focus, strength and vitality this holiday season. All props (mats, bolsters, blocks, etc.) will be provided.

Cancellation policy:

Participants may cancel up to one week before start date without penalty, after that date, there is a 20% cancellation fee. No refund is available after the class start date.
