Through slow, mindful yoga, we’ll focus on releasing tension, improving mobility, and gently strengthening the muscles that support your spine and hips.This session is all levels welcome—whether you’re new to yoga, managing discomfort, or simply wanting to give your body some extra care. Every movement can be modified, and the pace is intentionally unhurried so you can listen to your body and move in a way that feels good.
