About this Event
The Yoga for Healthy Aging practice focuses on building strength, flexibility, balance and agility. Maintaining these physical skills can lay the foundation for healthy aging and improve our overall wellbeing. Each week we will direct our focus to a specific physical skill and learn ways yoga can promote its development.
Sessions are 11:15 a.m. -Noon each Friday from June 12- August 28. Registration for the Summer 2026 Season Pass reserves your spot for all classes on these dates: June 12, 19, 26 and July 10, 17, 24, 31 and August 7, 14, 21, 28.
