Yoga for Grief & Loss - February 2026 (Evening Practice)

Join us for a gentle, restorative yoga session to support anyone navigating grief and loss. Held at Hospice Fredericton's Centre for HOPE (621 Churchill Row, Fredericton, NB, Canada) with admission by donation.

Led by experienced instructor Erin Gibbs, this practice invites you to connect with your body and breath, recognizing that grief lives not only in the mind and heart but in the body as well. Through restorative poses, stillness, and mindful breathing, you can explore emotions, calm the mind, and open the heart. Some sessions may include crystal singing bowls to support relaxation and the release of stored emotions.

Props are provided, and no prior experience is needed—come as you are.

We will breathe together. We will restore together. We will be together—finding solace on our mats while surrounded by a caring community.
