Grief is a universal experience that touches us all, whether through loss, divorce, infertility, disability, aging, or other significant life transitions. Join 200 RYTs Laura Bascom and Linda Herrmann for this unique and compassionate class, designed to support you on your healing journey.
What to Expect:
🌿 Yoga Practice
The session begins with a grounding, one-hour yoga practice designed to gently connect you to your body and breath. This practice is suitable for all levels and can be adapted for chair yoga—please contact us in advance if you’d like this option.
🌿 Reflection & Connection
Following the yoga practice, we’ll gather for readings, rituals, and open discussion. This is a time to reflect, connect with others, and find shared healing in a supportive, judgment-free space. Bring a journal if you’d like to capture your thoughts or deepen your journey through writing.
