Claire is a lifelong rider and experienced Yoga teacher with a passion for helping people feel more embodied and present when working with their horses.
The way we move - and how we feel when we move - directly impacts our horses way of going. Joint mobility, core strength, posture, flexibility, mindset and breath work all play a crucial role in our riding and influence the connection we share with our horses.
Claire has been practicing Dru Yoga for nearly 20 years and began her teacher training in 2018. Now an advanced practitioner, she has also completed specialist training in Yoga for back pain, stress relief and breath work. Through her own experience, Claire has been amazed at the impact Yoga has had on both her riding comfort and mindset. She loves sharing these benefits with fellow riders, helping them develop greater body awareness, balance, and ease in the saddle.
When she's not teaching, Claire can usually be found outside - riding her horses, exploring nature with her young family, or walking in the beautiful local countryside.
This 1 hour Yoga workshop is open to everyBODY, riders and non riders. No prior experience of Yoga is necessary.
There will be a chance to catch up with friends with coffee & cake at the end of the session.
£15 per person. To be paid in full at the time of booking. Limited to 6 people so please book early to avoid disappointment!
