Welcome to a calming session of yoga focused on managing your emotions! Join us at Limber Yoga on Thursday, October 9th, 16th, 23rd, & 30th at 7:30 PM (Pacific Time) to unwind and find your inner peace.
In this series, we'll use yoga, mindfulness, and breath practices to feel and move through anger, fear, sadness, and joy. The goal is to create space for healing, release, and balance.
