Yoga for EaseA Day to Unwind Body & Mind
Join us for a day of gentle movement, and mindfulness designed to bring ease into your body and peace to your mind.
Through gentle flows, breath work, and guided relaxation, and sound immersion you will release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with a sense of calm
This is your time to slow down, soften, and simply be.
Let go of stress, invite in ease, and leave feeling lighter, more grounded, and fully refreshed.
All levels welcome. Come as you are, breathe deeply, and move with ease.
What to expect:
The morning will involve Scaravelli inspired Yoga with

Scaravelli Yoga encourages sensitivity & awareness of your body, integrating hand mudras and soft rhythmic breathing to awaken the body, followed by a creative meditation
During this Yoga for Ease day, you will not only experience deep relaxation but also gain practical knowledge about the vagus nerve—a key player in the nervous system that regulates stress, relaxation, and overall well-being.
Understanding the Vagus Nerve
In our afternoon session, we will explore:
What the vagus nerve is and how it connects to the parasympathetic nervous system (your "rest and digest" state).
How vagus nerve activation can lower stress, reduce anxiety, improve digestion, and enhance overall well-being.
You will learn practical techniques to take home, which will be woven into the day which will include journaling, breathing exercises, mindful walking & other various techniques
To end the day there will be a short Sound Immersion with the gentle sounds of Tibetan singing bowls, while I guide you into a state of deep relaxation.
Grounding Before You Leave
To ensure you feel fully grounded and centred before leaving we will take time to gently transition back into the present moment and we will offer you homemade snacks to help reconnect with the body and restore energy.
Herbal teas & healthy snacks will be provided throughout the day.
What to bring:
Please bring your own pack lunch to enjoy during our midday break.
Yoga mat
Blanket two or 3 blankets ( these will be used as props and warmth)
Eye mask (not essential but helps to deepen relaxation)
Yoga bolster & pillow
