This a practice based retreat, that will allow you to immerse deeper into a variety of yoga practices and energy exercises that support the general health and wellbeing of the digestive system. The upstairs function room at the Queens Park Pavilion will allow you to enjoy the stunning tree top views over Queens Park. There will be a lunch break - feel free to bring your own or enjoy the facilities of the Woodpecker Café.
What to bring: please bring your own mat*. Wear comfortable clothing that will allow you to move the body without restriction. For extra comfort you may wish to bring a cushion and a blanket - during deep relaxation the body temperature can drop.
