This workshop combines physical postures, breath work, meditation, and mindfulness techniques to promote mental clarity, emotional stability, and improve your overall energy and well-being.What You Will Learn:
• Yoga Postures (Asanas): We will move through a series of flowing and held postures to cultivate resilience, uplift your energy, and release stagnant emotions.
• Breath Work (Pranayama): You will practice breathing techniques that regulate the nervous system, guide energy (prana) up to the heart and invite joy into the body.
• Meditation, Mantra and Mindfulness: Guided practices to cultivate present-moment awareness, reduce negative thinking patterns and rumination, and foster a sense of inner peace.
