Get your body ready for a season of riding! Join us for a relaxing and energizing evening of yoga designed especially for cyclists. This session will focus on stretching and strengthening key muscle groups to help you ride more comfortably and prevent injury, all Bike Month long and beyond.

This session will be led by certified instructor Diana Rhoades. All levels are welcome!
