Yoga for Caregivers is a FREE 8-week series designed to help you tune into your own needs for 90 minutes, once a week. The class will incorporate trauma-informed yoga techniques with gentle movement and poses to aid in restoration, realignment and self-care. We will end with 30 minutes of circle discussion, integration and reflection.The intention is to help you process the demands of caregiving in a healthy way and reinvigorate you to continue giving in a way that is sustainable and aligned with your true self.
For anyone caring for elderly, children, sick or in the healthcare or public service field in any way.
Please register online. Come to one class, or register for all 8. At check-out you will have the option to make a financial contribution if you choose, but there is no obligation.
