Are you concerned about your bone health or living with osteopenia or osteoporosis? Join me for an empowering, science-backed online yoga course where you’ll learn how to improve your bone density and reduce the risk of fractures—all from the comfort of your home and without the side effects of Medic*tion.
In this seven-class series, each 90 minutes long, you'll explore Dr. Loren Fishman’s most popular Yoga vs. Osteoporosis sequence, which is proven to prevent and reverse bone loss. These yoga practices build stronger bones and improve balance, which are essential for fall prevention as we age.
This course is designed for anyone diagnosed with osteopenia, osteoporosis, or those who want to take proactive steps to protect their bones. I’ll offer modifications and variations for all ability levels, including chair adaptations, ensuring the practice is accessible to everyone.

Each session is recorded and available for 30 days, allowing you to practice at your own pace. To fully participate, please have a yoga mat, belt, and two yoga blocks available.
