The Embodied Movement workshop will help you find gratitude and acceptance with your body and mind. Often, as we practice yoga and meditation, we are confronted with difficult thoughts and emotions surrounding things like body size, ability, emotional availability, and more.Aubrey, Zion Well founder and Brooke, founder of Eunoia mental health group, will host a yoga class that acknowledges discomfort that may be present and guide you towards a higher level of self acceptance and body love. Expect to spend time reflecting on what emotions you bring with you in your yoga practice, find appreciation for your body, and enjoy a class that is body-acceptance informed.
