If you attended our Beginner’s Series or you have some prior yoga experience and would like to broaden your foundation, we have added Yoga for Beginner’s Part 2. This 4- week series is designed for students with some prior yoga experience, by introducing more poses, with a focus on deepening flexibility, strength, and mindfulness through a slower more instructional paced practice, while offering modifications for different abilities. This series will also incorporate additional breathing techniques, meditation and an introduction to subtle body awareness.This 4-week series will meet on Mondays, March 10th, 17th, 24th, 31st. 6:30-7:45pm. $55.
