Celebrate the total lunar eclipse with a moon-themed, gentle yoga class. Stay after for a "pi(e)-themed" potluck on Pi(e) Day! 3.14! Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. Please dress for comfort and movement. If you have any yoga props like blocks, straps, blankets, etc., please bring them, too. Questions are always highly encouraged!
Our goal at Weird Flex is to have fun and feel empowered in our practice-whether it's your first class or your thousandth!
