During this short course for beginners, we will learn and practice many of the foundational practices of Hatha Yoga, including:🧘🏻♀️postures (asana),
🧘🏾breathing exercises (pranayama),
😌basic relaxation (yoga nidra techniques)
- along with an understanding of their benefits
We will also take a brief look at the history and philosophy of Hatha Yoga.
Each session will be guided with options relative to your individual experience and health needs, ensuring that you can enjoy your practice safely and comfortably.
All participants will be asked to complete a health questionnaire and disclaimer form after booking.
Please note: you must be able to get up and down from the floor unaided, as some of the practice will be down on our mats.

Time: 6pm - 7pm
