Yoga in mind? Would you like to start with a mindful, aligned kind of Yoga which suits your body? In this workshop you will learn yoga postures (asanas) both for relaxing and strengthening the body. You will learn different options of doing yoga, making it suitable for every body type. How does your body feel? What do you need right now – opening up, stretching or building strength? For alignment and safety, based on Iyengar Yoga, we use props (yoga blocks, bricks, belts). The asanas taught in the workshop are basic and useful and you can continue practising them at home after the workshop.
