About this Event

This class is run by the Wellness Center Team and by no means expect perfection. The purpose of this Beginners Yoga class is to increase health, wellness, and community building. Mekong Wellness Center strives to provide a safe, culturally sensitive, encouraging, and positive learning environment for our community...so grab your yoga mat (or towel) and join us for some fun! This is an 18+ event with limited spacing. Light refreshments will be served. Please look for a green Mekong Wellness Center banner. The Wellness Center is located on the second floor (in hallway, left-hand side). We hope to see you there!
