Yoga for Beginners :
~ on Tuesdays 6 -7:15pm x 8 weeks

For absolute beginners, or people wanting to get back into yoga.
A progressive course which builds these skills:
* breathing
* flowing sequences
* postures
* relaxation
* PLUS some of the history, anatomy, principles and philosophy of yoga.
You'll be guided with demos & a guidebook, so you can understand your body functionally, and you can breathe and move better in your daily life.
With easy to use practices to build strength and ease in your body - from the first class!
Yoga is a practical and holistic system for vibrant health of body, mind and soul. It can be used as a powerful tool for transformation, or simply as a great way to improve physical wellbeing + to de-stress.
Yoga is awesome for improving posture, as well as being great for aches, old injuries, stress + anxiety, increasing general fitness, and many (if not all!) health issues.
