Soma Yoga draws on the ancient practices of yoga, combined with physiology and nervous system science to offer sessions that are created with the perfect balance of activation & ease, so we can build strength, alignment, resilience, flexibility and inner peace in every session.
We use asana, pranayama, flowing sequences, somatic movement, and relaxation.
This is a 'Body Up' approach to wellbeing for personal growth on physical, mental, emotional and energetic levels.
Working with the body, the nervous system, the breath and your practice, along with practical insights relating to our theme to give a focus for your journey.
This term's theme is:
Reason for Being.
We'll be working to tap in to the deepest truths of our purpose, and use what we discover to help navigate our journey - as our true north. We will practice fine tuning, and deepening our relationship with our Sankalpa / Intention, so it can become a POWERFUL mode of manifestation.
