Breathe, move, and grow at your own pace. A Mixed Ability ClassJoin Michelle every Wednesday evening for a yoga session open to all levels. We begin with pranayama (breathwork) before moving through a sequence of postures (Vinyasa Krama) that gently build toward a peak pose. Everyone is encouraged to do as much—or as little—as feels right, creating space to explore your own version of each posture. We’ll focus on breath, alignment, and mindful awareness, while keeping the class light and enjoyable. Expect nurturing guidance, opportunities for challenge, and the chance to reach your full potential on the mat. Every session closes with a calming guided relaxation.
