Do you experience tension in your shoulders, neck, or back? Do you have tightness in your quads, hamstrings, or IT bands? Do you suffer from aches or stiffness in your hips, calves, or feet? Want to learn ways to reduce your risk of injury? If you answered yes to any (or all!) of those questions, you’re invited to join Lindsey J., 500-hour RYT and fitness instructor, for this all-levels, gently heated workshop. Class will begin with a 60-minute yoga flow featuring unique movements to target major muscle groups that aid in mobility and flexibility. After that, we’ll dive into discussion of additional recovery tools and techniques. All attendees will leave with a “goodie bag” filled with tools and resources so you can practice these recovery techniques at home or elsewhere off your mat (think a tennis ball for myofascial release, Epsom salts, etc.). This workshop is open to anyone with an interest in learning about different ways to care for your physical body.
