About the teachers:

Marian (every Wednesday)

Marian is a 200hrs YTT certified yoga teacher, a Level 1 + 2 certified reiki and Level 1 singing bowl practitioner. Marian focuses on a holistic health lifestyle and adds elements of mind- and soulful living into her classes. Her dynamic yoga flows are suitable for all levels and targets the full body while incorporating mindful breathing and positive affirmations into the flow. Described by her students as: "Marian’s style of teaching is grounding, assertive and energetic. She teaches accessible classes with simple yet dynamic and creative sequences, guiding you to mindfully move freely".

Ashita Gogia

Ashita’s first real encounter with yoga was in 2017, at a yoga studio in Canada. After her first class, she was amazed by how calm and energized she could feel at the same time. As an Indian, she found it ironic that it took a journey halfway across the world to discover her passion for yoga. Since then, the curiosity has only cultivated further and led Ashita to complete her yoga teacher training certification in Vinyasa Flow in 2021. She now hopes to share the benefits of the practice that has been instrumental in shaping her life on and off the mat.

Cansu Kart

Cansu’s first encounter with yoga was in 2012 in a basketball field while she was a college student in Turkey. She still remembers that feeling of bliss on that day, which she had never felt before, while she was walking under the rain smiling and asking “what has just happened to me?!”. From that moment on, wherever she goes, yoga is part of her life. She has lived in Istanbul, Amsterdam, New York City and moved to Singapore 3 years ago. She decided to deepen her knowledge of yoga and wanted to share this feeling with the world and got her YTT in 2019. Her classes are easy to follow, grounding and give you a sense of ease and bliss.
