About the teachers:

Lina

Lina regards herself as a 'Forever Student' who finds joy in constant learning of new things to feed her hunger and inquisitive mind. Her sharing of practices includes the Classical Rajadhiraja & Raja Yoga which she started with 2021. She continues to widen her practices into Hatha/ Vinsyasa Yoga focusing on Pranayama as the practice of the Regulation of life giving energy using the Breath. Lina’s main dharma as a mother of two serves as her core inspiration to take priority in one’s own body and mind wellness first- in order to take good care of her family & people around her. She believes that any form of consistent Yoga practices would ‘bear fruits and be beneficial to self and everyone around them too.

Kim

Kimberly discovered yoga during her time in Hongkong in 2019 and immediately felt a deep connection with it, keeping her grounded throughout a fast paced life that involved raising two children. Her passion led her to complete 200 hours Hatha/Vinyasa teacher training in April of 2022.

In her classes, she tends to hold space for students to build strength and mobility through movement with deep emphasis on using breathing to connect with their bodies.

Wendy Z

Wendy Zheng began her yoga journey in 2014, initially seeking strength and movement, unaware she was embarking on a path that would transform her life. What started as a workout evolved into a deep exploration of body, mind, and spirit. Wendy found that yoga was more than just poses—it was a way to reconnect inwardly.
As a working mother, Wendy understands the challenges of juggling career and family. Her experiences with burnout and self-discovery revealed yoga as an anchor for healing and resilience. This inspired her to share the practice, not just as a physical discipline but as a tool for cultivating inner strength and grace.
After completing her 200-hour YTT in Bali in 2024, Wendy now teaches to create a compassionate space where yoga meets everyone as they are. She hopes to inspire others, especially those with busy lives, to find healing, joy, and strength, one breath at a time.

Sin Ee

Sin Ee started practising yoga more than decade ago. But she truly began to embody the teachings of yoga philosophy during her Yoga Teacher Training in Bali. Her perspective of yoga is now beyond the physical practice and chasing new heights with yoga asanas. To her, yoga is a lifestyle, and teaching yoga is also a part of her learning journey. In guiding and helping others, she is living out her Dharma. Off the mat, she is a Mom, a content producer, and a tarot reader. A wearer of many hats, jack of all trades, she simply enjoys the connection with others and loves sharing her energy.

Maathavi

Maathavi began her yoga journey in 2017 in Australia as a way to heal from sports injuries, but soon fell in love with its transformative physical and mental benefits. Through her own experience of overcoming physical limitations, she discovered strength, flexibility, and deep inner resilience. In 2025, she completed her 200hr Yoga Teacher Training with the Spanda Institute in Sri Lanka, where she developed a teaching style rooted in breath, presence, and balanced vinyasa flow. Maathavi believes yoga is for everyone and holds space for all bodies to move, heal, and reconnect with themselves.
