Learning how to switch off our minds so that our bodies can sleep and recharge is the most natural thing in the world - and often the most difficult. Our minds race, our bellies churn and we can't stop looking at the clock.

The experience of deep internal rest using progressive muscular relaxation
Suitable for all levels, including complete beginners.
DATE: Saturday 9th November 4-6pm. Please arrive at least 5-10mins early for a prompt start at 4pm as late comers unfortunately can’t be accepted.
VENUE: Tara Yoga, 18 Clifton Street, Bunbury
EXCHANGE: Earlybird $38 if book before 26th October. Full price $43 or $40 concession.

REFUNDS: Please note there will be no refunds but if you are unable to attend the workshop then you can arrange for someone to take your place and to let us know in advance.
WHAT TO BRING: Bring your own yoga mat if you have one, props will be provided. Also bring a water bottle. You may like to bring a notebook.
