9D Transformational Breathwork With Ivy

Experience the amazing power of your breath. With our immersive 9D Breathwork journey you will be taken out of your mind and into your body where your body's innate intelligence will support you and allow you to experience a journey that is like no other. Each experience is unique, never the same and you will always get the journey you need.

Whether you're a breathwork novice or seasoned practitioner, this session warmly welcomes all levels of experience. Come as you are, with an open mind and a willingness to explore the transformative power of your breath.

The primary breathwork experience involves the use of conscious connected breathing with emotive music to harness the body’s natural ability to heal and thrive. Entering into an altered state of consciousness, we are able to access and resolve the mental blocks, supressed emotions and limiting belief systems that do not serve us. They can be broken down, felt and expelled from the body leading to clarity, peace, and space to live our best, most free and authentic lives.

Immediate, lasting transformations may include:

The combination of personal transformation and collective energy enhances the entire experience, offering both individual insight and communal support.


This is a safe place that invites and supports you to come exactly as you are - anxious, excited, tired, indifferent - simply show up as yourself.

WHAT TO BRING

🎧 Please bring your own pillow for under your head

🎧 Water bottle

🎧 Journal (if you wish to journal your experience after the session)

🎧 Additional blankets or pillows (optional, for extra support and comfort)


HOW TO PREPARE

🎧 Be on time. Your experience will be better if you are calm and unrushed

🎧 Eat light the day of the event and ideally not in the 2 hours prior to the event

🎧 Be hydrated

🎧 Avoid coffee for at least 4 hours before the event

🎧 Wear light loose fitting clothing. (You may feel hot or cold in the experience, regardless of the weather) so layers or a blanket are a good idea


WE PROVIDE

🎧 Headsets

🎧 Yoga matt, knee bolster, light blanket

🎧 Eye mask (yours to keep after use)


Contraindications for Somatic Breathwork are:

* If any of the below is present & you feel strongly called to attend, please get in touch with me as I will support your decision and modify the breath technique.

  • High blood pressure
  • Diagnosed Severe PTSD
  • Severe mental health conditions (bipolar, schizophrenia, psychosis)
  • Currently taking heavy Medic*tion that alters brain chemistry (anti-depressant, anti-anxiety, anti-psychotic)
  • Detached Retina
  • Recent physical injuries, fractures and/or surgeries
  • Epilepsy
  • History or diagnosis of aneurisms
  • Cardiovascular problems
  • History of seizures
  • Severe Asthma
  • Heart disease
  • Heart condition


This event provides the opportunity for people to allow themselves to explore their inner world as deeply as they desire while being in a safe, supportive and nurturing environment.

Waiver & Release Agreement

STEP 1

Please note that in purchasing a ticket you are agreeing to the following T&C's

This style of breathwork is contraindicated for people with the following conditions:

  • severe asthma or other lung disorders
  • epilepsy
  • diagnosed brain or abdominal aneurysm
  • bipolar disorder
  • schizophrenia
  • cardiovascular disease (heart problems/stroke/uncontrolled high blood pressure)
  • uncontrolled diabetes or thyroid conditions
  • some psychiatric conditions
  • psychosis
  • recent surgery or fractures
  • acute infectious illness
  • severe hypertension
  • glaucoma
  • pregnancy (if pregnant breathwork is not advised)


This list is not exhaustive and we generally advise that if you have a question about a condition you may have that is not listed here, you consult a physician before participating in these breathing sessions.

In purchasing a ticket you warrant and represent that you are in good health physically, mentally, psychologically and emotionally, and understand and warrant that if you are not in good health you will not be allowed to perform the activities and sessions.

Accordingly, the declaration and certification that you are in good health in all the above-mentioned respects constitutes a material agreement to allows you to participate in the breathwork session, which is enacted upon purchasing.

Further, you accept that you know and acknowledge that the person facilitating is not a doctor or psychiatrist, or a specialist in health care, and that the activities offered are not intended to treat and diagnose specific medical conditions, whether physical, psychological or emotional.

You are voluntarily participating in these activities knowing the risks and consequences and agree to assume all consequences, known or not.

You release facilitator, Ivy Hargreaves, and any other support facilitator/s, third party, from all responsibilities, costs and damages that may arise from participating in the above-mentioned activity. You agree to accept financial responsibility for costs related to any future treatment.

By attending this event, you also acknowledge and agree that photographs and/or video may be taken during the session for promotional purposes. These images may be used by the facilitator, Ivy Hargreaves, and associated parties for use in social media, marketing materials, and other forms of promotion.

If you do not wish to have your image captured, please inform the facilitator upon arrival so that accommodations can be made to respect your privacy.

By participating in this event, you grant permission for any media captured to be used without compensation, and you release the facilitator and associated parties from any claims or liabilities arising from the use of these images.

By purchasing and attending, you acknowledge that you have read the above and agree to proceed with full responsibility, and understand that you have waived certain rights by attending and agree to this release of liability freely and voluntarily without any external influence.

On the day you will be presented with the Waiver & Release Agreement Form to sign upon entry.
