Join us in store for a fun flow led by Y7's Caitie Smith.
Caitie discovered yoga in 2016 and very quickly fell in love with the practice. Since moving to NYC, she has been teaching at Y7 Studio, where she also owns a role on the Teaching Support Team, offering mentorship for Y7 instructors. Caitie finds a lot of her class inspiration from her other career as a professional dancer. Her clas includes vibey music, fun sequencing and going deeper inthe the mind-body connection!
Class will be cancelled dependent on weather. Please keep an eye out day of event!
