After weeks of rushing, juggling, and pushing through winter, this evening is an invitation to slow down and gently restore your energy.
We’ll begin with a warming, balanced yoga flow, led by Yuko.
The practice helps improve circulation, support lymphatic flow, and encourage the smooth movement of energy through the body — gently warming you from the inside out and releasing built-up tension.
From there, you’ll be guided into a Sound Bath Meditation with Natasha, resting comfortably as waves of sound vibration move through the body.
These vibrations support circulation on a deeper level, calm the nervous system, and naturally encourage the release of “feel-good” hormones — leaving you deeply relaxed and grounded.
This combination of movement and sound is especially supportive if you’re experiencing hormonal imbalance, fatigue, poor sleep, or ongoing tension.
It can be a beautiful, gentle place to start — reconnecting with your body before turning to anything more invasive.
