Give extra care to your precious hips and move through the whole body✨ with the light flow of asanas, pranayamas and yoga nidra.
All levels welcome!
We slow down, activate energy, stretch, breathe, raise inner awareness, relax and restore. We deepen the body connection and feel harmony and balance.
This is not a closed workshop and you can join later.
Classes are in English with some norsk if needed.
