YOGA FLOW + CACAO CEREMONY + SACRED SOUND

✨ Step into a heart-opening 2 ½ hour immersive evening where ceremony, movement, and sound weave together to create deep connection, healing, and renewal.

We begin by gathering in sacred space with a warm Cacao Ceremony — an ancient plant medicine known for opening the heart and uplifting the spirit. With intention and presence, cacao gently prepares the mind, body, and soul for the journey ahead.

From this state of openness, you’ll be guided through an all-levels yoga flow led by Grace of Grace and Ease Yoga. Through mindful breath and fluid movement, you’ll release stagnant energy, invite clarity, and restore balance. No matter your experience, this practice is designed for everyone — simply come as you are.

The evening then unfolds into a live sound healing journey with Inner Flight Harmonics. Soften into the soothing vibrations of handpan, gong, crystal instruments, and other ancient sound tools. These frequencies invite deep relaxation, nervous system reset, and subtle energetic activation, guiding you into a meditative state of restoration.

Together, we’ll co-create a nurturing and supportive community space — one where you can reconnect with yourself, align with your heart, and share presence with others on a similar path.
