Welcome to **Yoga flow by the waves** at **Elwood Beach, Point Ormond Reserve**! 🌊 Join us on **Sunday mornings at 9:00 AM** for a holistic healing experience by the beach. We start with some breathwork, mindful meditation, vinyasa and yin yoga - to calm our and minds and come back to our bodies. The class also includes reiki healing, sound instruments, and tarot card readings. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a newbie, all levels are welcome to join this relaxing practice. Don't forget your mat and water bottle, see you there! Welcome to join for coffee/ refreshments after class.. and maybe a sea dip if you're feeling brave! (Australia/Melbourne Timezone)
