Yoga Flow at the Boston Public Market with Soma Yoga and Mother Juice

Join Soma Yoga at BPM for a yoga flow and mini sound bath. This is an alignment based, Vinyasa class designed to connect your mind with your body. In this 1-hour class, participants will be guided in a series of yoga postures and light breathwork by instructor Pete Sacco. Following the 45 minute yoga flow, the class will transition into a 15 minute sound bath/savasana where participants will lie down and be bathed in the vibrations of various sound instruments but not limited to crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other percussion instruments.

After class, participants can mingle in the Nook while enjoying a 9-oz smoothie from Mother Juice (included with your registration!) - choose from Health Nut, Green Light, or Golden Hour! A free single in studio class pass to Soma for a later date is also included.

At our January 8 class, you'll also have the opportunity to participate in Mother Juice's Spin to Win promotion - spin the wheel for a chance to win a discount, prize, or even a free smoothie to redeem at a later date!

Space is limited and a ticket is required to attend. Please bring your own yoga mat.
