Yoga Flow: Finding Balance and Strength
The first part of the class is dedicated to a one-hour yoga flow. This session is suitable for all levels, offering modifications to ensure everyone can participate comfortably. We start with a gentle warm-up to prepare the body, followed by dynamic sequences aimed at building both strength and flexibility. Mindful breathing techniques are integrated to enhance focus and relaxation, culminating in a soothing cool-down and savasana.
Expressive Art: Unleashing Creativity
Following the yoga session, participants dive into an hour of expressive art. This part of the class encourages exploration across various art mediums like paint, collage, and clay. With guided prompts, you’ll be invited to focus on the creative process rather than the final product, in a safe and supportive environment. No prior art experience is needed—just an open mind and a willingness to explore.
