We invite you to our Yoga, Fitness and Wellness Day Retreat is brought to you in collaboration with Charlotte and Jaina, these multi discipline instructors compliment each other. Break a sweat & gain that endorphin rush with Charlotte’s functional full body workout. Balance your mind with a holistic yoga flow practice guided by Jai and immerse yourself with nutritious, whole foods that will leave you feeling energised.

60 Minutes Functional full body workout guided by Charlotte
Mid morning break - Juice & Snack
Focus group to learn and explore more about fitness, wellness and Yoga.
Lunch break & some fresh air
60 Minutes Calming, balanced and holistic Flow Yoga practice guided by Jaina
Q&A before we depart until the next time

What you need for your Yoga practice:
The studio has Yoga mats, blanket, blocks and straps - Please feel free to bring your own if you wish too.
Bring a blankets / scarf / layers for comfort during our relaxation
Wear comfortable clothing (I would avoid wearing jeans.)
