Our yoga & meditation class is dedicated to embracing the transformative power of yoga as a holistic practice. Class is open to beginners and practitioners of all levels whom are on a journey towards physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
In this sacred space, we honor the essence of yoga not just as a physical exercise, but as a path to mindfulness, self-discovery, and inner peace. Throughout the session, we'll delve into the profound wisdom of yoga ethics, cultivating kindness, compassion, and mindfulness both on and off the mat.

Class is held every Monday at 7pm on the outdoor courtyard of The Veranda at Thornton Park.
