Clase de Yoga en Espanol gratis, es una clase suave para principiantes. Se basa en la respiracion, en calmar la mente, estiramientos, posturas y por su puesto la relajacion. Todos son bienvenidos. Free Yoga class conducted in Spanish, it is a gentle class for beginners. It is based on breathing, calming the mind, stretching, postures and of course relaxation. Everyone is welcome. This free event will be held on the plaza in front of City Hall/Library. If there is rain it will be held on the library lower-level in the Floy Farr Room.
