ACTIVITY

Badge1: MBOTS - Badge 1 will be done in groups of no more than 6 per station with the MBOT. The MBOT is a preassembled robot that moves using motors. The MBOT also has a built in sensors like the color sensor and the distance sensor. The goal of the groups is to create code that will get the MBOT to either move along a given path by scanning the ground for a black line or to get the MBOT to automatically move around obstacles.

This event is for girls age 5 through 14 years old.

Payment for the activity can be made in advance of $30 per child before June 24, 2024.

This is a Girl Scout Recruitment Event and you and your GIRL are invited to join Girl Scouts in your community.

You can register to become a Girl Scout Member at the event for $25 annually.
