Yoga Day Retreat: A Deep Dive into Self-Care & Compassion
Join us at the stunning and spacious Chateau Ballroom in Portland, OR for a rejuvenating day of yoga and self-care. Take a break from your busy schedule and immerse yourself in a peaceful and nurturing environment.
We're taking this event to a larger space due to high demand from our last few retreats and are excited to host at the beautiful and charming Chateau Ballroom, with plenty of space for practice and reflection!
Our retreats are more than a focus on the physical yoga practice. We combine asana (physical poses), pranayama (meditation & breathing), with facilitated reflection exercises to help you connect with yourself, allocating plenty of time for sharing your perspective, and making new friends.
- Yoga & Meditation Practice: Our sessions will be led by multiple experienced yoga instructors who will guide you through a variety of sequences, including gentle flows, restorative poses, and meditation. These sessions will help you cultivate self-care and compassion, allowing you to reconnect with your body and mind.
- Self-Reflection & Personal Development: Throughout the day, you'll have the opportunity to participate in workshops and discussions about the meaning of self-care (it's not all candles and massages, but sometimes requires hard work!). Explore and learn mindfulness and discover ways to cultivate compassion towards yourself and others.
- Vegetarian Lunch: Indulge in healthy and delicious meals prepared with love, providing nourishment for your body and soul. Connect with like-minded individuals who share a passion for wellness and personal growth.
The day long event is carefully crafted and led by Neha - a Silicon Valley Project Manager and life long student of Yoga from Mysore, India. Neha combines her yoga training, years of experience leading corporate strategy workshops, and her seeker spirit to guide practitioners in a one-of-a-kind retreat.
