Join myself and fellow yoga & pilates teacher Ashton Joseph for a nourishing summer day retreat designed to help you slow down, move well and reconnect with yourself.A full day to step away from the busyness of everyday life and make space for movement, rest, reflection and time in nature.
Throughout the day we’ll move between uplifting pilates-based strength, flowing yoga, restorative practices and guided relaxation — balancing movement and stillness to leave you feeling calmer, lighter, and more grounded.
The day will include:
• Pilates session to build strength and support the body
• A flowing yoga practice to improve mobility and ease tension
• A nourishing lunch
• A peaceful walk in nature
• Gentle guided reflection and journalling
• A deeply restorative yin practice and guided relaxation
This day is designed to feel supportive and accessible rather than intimidating or overly intense. You don’t need to be experienced or flexible to join us.
Whether you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, stiff, tired, or simply in need of some time for yourself, we’d love to welcome you.
