About this Event
In the wake of the summer solstice, we propose an energized day as we come to celebrate the Day of Yoga. Originally on the 21st and matching the summer solstice, this day is a dedication to the practice of yoga and connection with one another. Yoga = union! #yogaday
The event will take place in Barcelona, in the natural space of L'Hivernacle Nature Sanctuary, nested at the top of Collserola National Park, with breath-taking views of Montserrat mountain.
Join us for a transformative mini-retreat, where we will immerse ourselves in yoga and explore a variety of holistic therapies, enjoy refreshing dips in the pool, healthy snacks and more.
Aligning with the summer solstice, this event serves as a powerful moment to re-evaluate the intentions set at the year's start. As we reach the midpoint of the annual cycle, it presents a fertile opportunity for welcoming change or introspecting on the decisions taken thus far.
The yoga sessions are available for everyone, regardless the level of flexibility. There will be adjustments made for those in-need.
On this day we have invited Miquel Portet from Harmonic Integral to enchant us with his sound healing instruments. Let yourself guided by the sound and recharge with this glorious music.
We also have with us our guest therapist, Nico Kanti, a published author and life mission coach with a vast experience in reiki, DNA reprogramming and alternative holistic therapies.
