Yoga Curious is a workshop for anyone who has ever been curious about yoga or wanting to learn more to deepen and strengthen their current practice. This workshop is suited for beginners and advanced students alike.
This crash course in yoga will discuss what goes on in the body during a yoga session, energetic flows and subtle energy bodies, philosophy along with the practical applications of it, and how to create your own self-study -- because that it was yoga is truly about.
Come prepared to practice as we will incorporate in a physical practice as well as pranayama and meditation. A light lunch will be served. Also, bring what makes you feel cozy...comfy clothes, blankets, additional snacks, water along with a notebook and writing utensils.
