Join me for a special end-of-the-year-themed somatic experience designed to help you close the year with intention, presence, and joy. This class is a gentle blend of movement, breath awareness practice, meditation, reflection, and journaling— perfect for all levels, including complete beginners who have never done yoga before.Themes we'll explore in our practice:
? Celebrate & Appreciate
First step is to take a moment to honour everything you’ve achieved and overcome this year. We will connect with the energy of gratitude, appreciation and being proud of ourselves: in our asanas, in our breathing, in the way we carry ourselves. Let's move, smile, laugh because: You've got this! You are exactly where you need to be ??
? Release & Let Go
Moving and breathing deeply, let's create space in our bodies and minds for new magical things to come to us ✨ Let's release what we do not need right now: starting with tightness and tension in the body and busy mind.
? Plant a New Seed
What do you want to invite more of into your life? What energy do you need more of? Is it joy? Self-confidence? Courage? Set a meaningful intention for the year ahead. At the end of our practice we’ll reflect, journal, and tune into what you truly want to grow in 2026.
? Feel Excited & Recharged
We planted a seed, not it's time to get excited! Let's move, breathe, smile (inside & outside), share and inspire each other.
Before the practice (optional):
You'll be invited to draw a Tarot card or an affirmation card as an inspiration or perhaps a message for you for the new year to come.
