About this Event
Free/Donation-Based evening Yoga at Mueller Park! Led by Sophia Jasmine, Certified Yoga Teacher and brought to you by More Mindful Yoga.
Begin the week off right by ending your Monday with a relaxing yoga flow and reflective journaling. Each flow will be taught in an accessible way taking into account the different levels of expertise. Before and after yoga, people are encouraged to hang out, chat, and meet new people.
Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and journal!
