Wednesdays 5:30pm-7:00pm. Join us for a 90-minute free-will offering class of foundations, fun tricks and meditation. Please bring your own mat and props. We also have some mats if needed. Modifications and variations encouraged. All levels welcome. Come as you are. About the teacher: JM Ascienzo is certified in 200-hour Power Vinyasa Training from Mimi Rieger Yoga and 50-hour Rocket Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training from David Keyle. He likes teaching and taking classes where everyone can learn something new that informs their own unique style.
