About this Event
Candlelight community yoga class. Come and enjoy your body through gentle and mindful movements connecting yourself to your inner peace. Yoga for Every Body. All levels welcome. Wear comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat and a waterbottle. Also, your blocks/bolster if you have them and/or a small pillow/blanket, for extra comfort if you wish. Kindly arrive 10 minutes before class to settle onto your mat. You will leave feeling relaxed and ready for a blissful night's sleep. Classes every Monday Jan 26 to April 27. drop in okay, $15 at door. There is lots of room in Tynehead heritage hall and parking right at the door. Come and find yourself on your mat.
