About this Event
Men in the Fraser Valley are increasingly experiencing loneliness, loss of purpose, and quiet burnout, not because they are failing, but because responsibility is often carried in isolation. Many men are focused on work, family, and providing, yet lack meaningful connections with other men who understand the pressure, leadership demands, and physical toll that accumulate over time. Built to Last was created to address this gap by bringing men together in a structured, community-based setting that prioritizes connection, mental resilience, physical well-being, and personal direction. This 90-minute, in-person introductory session offers men a private, respectful environment to connect with peers, reflect on shared challenges, and consider a more intentional path forward, without therapy, labels, or forced vulnerability.
